1. Do your bands contain latex?

Yes, all of our bands are made with natural latex to utilize their naturally bouncy attributes. Our bands undergo a special process to reduce the risk of an allergic reaction and most people will be able to use our bands without any issues.

2. Are these bands safe if I have an allergy?

Our bands are safe for most people, but can cause a reaction for those with severe latex allergies. Our products undergo a special process that removes most latex proteins out of the final product, which reduces the chance of an allergic reaction. However, in all transparency, it is important for us to let our customers know that we cannot guarantee it to be allergy-free. By using our products, you assume liability for any allergic reactions. Our recommendation is to always test it on a small area of skin before regular use. 

3. Are your products certified?

Yes, all of our products are FDA, CE, and ISO certified. 

4. Where are your products made?

All of our latex products are made in Malaysia with materials sourced locally to decrease our environmental impact.

Orders & Shipping

1. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days, so please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes with your order. If the item has already been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel the order.

2. What are your shipping methods?

We offer free shipping via USPS First Class mail with tracking or USPS flat-rate depending on the order size. Expedited shipping is also available through UPS and USPS.

3. What is a pre-order or back-order and when will it ship? 

We offer items for purchase before they arrive in stock. Pre-orders are offered for items that will be joining the catalog or for limited run items. Back-orders are items that are currently offered but are out of stock at the time of your order. 

An estimated arrival time is provided at the time of your order. Once we receive the item, we'll make sure to send you a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped. 

Returns & Exchanges

1. What is your return policy?

Please contact us regarding a return or exchange. Due to the nature of resistance bands, we handle it at a case-by-case situation. We are always willing and able to work something out. Feel free to reach out so we can best serve you. 

You are always welcome to send the product back to us directly, but we cannot guarantee a full refund if products are in a used or damaged condition.

3. What is your exchange policy?
